A respected LA litigation boutique is hiring a mid-senior Litigation Associate to join its growing practice. This role is perfect for someone who wants sophisticated work, real responsibility, and a collaborative team culture.
What You'll Work On
- Civil & business litigation
- Employment matters tied to business disputes
- Trade secret & unfair competition cases
- Mix of plaintiff/defense (85-90% defense)
- Example matters: post-acquisition disputes, failed executive hires ? trade secrets litigation
What We're Looking For
- 5-10 years of solid litigation experience
- Strong civil litigation background
- Business litigation experience required; employment experience a plus
- Able to "hit the ground running" on active matters
- Excellent writing & advocacy skills
- Comfortable with complex, sophisticated work

Compensation
- $175K-$225K base
- Discretionary bonus
- 20% of net fees on originated matters
- 1,800 billable hour requirement
